To access and purchase photos from your day camper’s experience, jump onto http://springhillcamps.smugmug.com/Day-Camps, find the camp location where you are, and click on the gallery.

The password is shxdc, all lowercase letters. We password protect galleries for the safety of your campers identity online.

Hello and welcome to our Springhill Day Camps parent’s blog! This is a place where you get to learn all about your day camper’s experience here – from photos of your camper enjoying their experience to follow-up materials and resources that help you connect with your camper about what they are learning in their week with us.

required forms

A completed health form/power of attorney is required for all campers prior to attending camp. Some of the things you will want to have handy when going online to fill out the form are: Your health insurance information, emergency contact day time and evening phone numbers, and medication information ( medication name, dose, strength, etc…)

To find the Online Summer Camp Health Form/Power of Attorney: Go to our web site at www.springhillcamps.com then click on “Parent Zone” button, and log-in using your email address and password. Click on the camper’s name and the camp they are registered for, then Health Form.

friday celebration

Come conclude the Best Week Ever with ice cream sundae, a time for your camper to be encouraged by his/her counselors, and the famous SpringHill closing rally. Don’t forget to invite your whole family and bring the camera. Celebration is from 2:45-4:00 Friday at your camp location!

10:00am Small Group Time
10:30am Activity Period
11:30am Large Group Game
12:00pm Lunch with Counselors/Group
12:45pm Activity Period
1:30pm Activity Period
2:30pm Snack/Small Group Time
3:00pm Activity Period
3:45pm Pack Up
4:00pm Pick Up

Friday afternoon will be our day camp closing ceremony and celebration. Families are encouraged and invited to attend the Friday celebration!

This may be a tax-deductible childcare expense. Please consult the IRS for more information.

What to pack

Campers should come each morning with their swimsuit on (onepiece for girls) with a change of normal play clothes in a backpack. Please mark all clothing, towels, backpacks etc… with campers first and last name. These simple measures will help prevent items from getting lost or misplaced. Send your child with a healthy lunch in an insulated container everyday. In addition, the following items are recommended:
• Water bottle
• Towel
• Sun screen
• Jacket or rain coat
• Closed toe shoes ( gym shoes)
• Disposable camera (optional)
• Swimsuit
• A desire to have FUN!
